Data Center Operations Manager, Global Server Operations (English, French)

Google is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager for their Global Server Operations team in Baudour, Saint-Ghislain, Belgium. This mid-level position requires fluency in both English and French to support client relationship management in the region. The role involves managing teams within data center operations, overseeing hardware installation and troubleshooting, and leading critical data center initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day operations of data center teams
2. Communicating priorities and facilitating shift handovers
3. Identifying and resolving problems in global computing and network architecture
4. Managing project implementation within the team
5. Ensuring data center priorities align with company objectives

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, and 3 years of experience managing technical teams. Experience in data center environments, strategic initiative execution, and Environmental Health and Safety improvements are preferred.
