As a Manager in Trust & Safety for Shopping, you'll be responsible for overseeing policy enforcement in Product Listing Ads, Offer Quality, and User Generated Content. The role demands strong technical capabilities, including experience with SQL, Python, and machine learning, while also requiring excellent leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities For Manager, Trust and Safety, Shopping

  • Lead, mentor, and performance manage a team of analysts responsible for policy enforcement for Product Listing Ads, Offer Quality, and User generated Content in Google Shopping
  • Act as a representative for T&S with cross-functional partners
  • Identify and address issues by developing programs and processes
  • Monitor trends, perspectives, and issues that could impact enforcement and operations

Requirements For Manager, Trust and Safety, Shopping

Python
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields
  • 1 year of experience in people management, leading a team
  • Experience with machine learning
  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in Python
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams
  • Experience working with policy teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
