Manufacturing Test Development Engineering Lead, Machine Learning

Google's Manufacturing Operations team is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Engineering Lead to drive the deployment of test infrastructure for their custom-designed computing equipment. This role sits at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and machine learning, requiring deep expertise in both domains.

The position involves leading test development teams in creating and implementing sophisticated test solutions for Google's state-of-the-art physical infrastructure. You'll be responsible for understanding new product introduction (NPI) program test strategies, developing and managing test development schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing test development execution.

As part of Google's Technical Infrastructure team, you'll work on the architecture that powers Google's vast product portfolio. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including design engineering teams, internal partners, and external vendors. You'll be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are repeatable and controlled, while meeting Google's high standards for quality and reliability.
