Security Engineer, AI Protection

Google is seeking a Security Engineer specializing in AI Protection to join their team. As a Security Engineer in the AI Protection team, you'll be responsible for identifying and addressing security threats specific to AI systems. The role involves designing and implementing anti-abuse detection systems, investigating security incidents, and developing protective measures for Google Cloud and Workspace AI products. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in security engineering, with expertise in security assessments, threat modeling, and coding. Knowledge of Python/Go is particularly valuable, as is experience with security principles and incident response. You'll be expected to handle complex security incidents, provide technical guidance, and drive security improvements across Google's AI products.
