  • Contribute to the design of control and measurement systems for next generation quantum computers, from architecture through implementation and deployment
  • Drive board-level projects to completion, collaborating with a team of engineers
  • Participate in project roadmapping
  • Support deployment and operations of electronics to Google's fleet of quantum computers

Requirements For Senior Hardware Engineer, Control Electronics, Quantum AI

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in designing hardware
  • Experience in analog, digital, or mixed-signal design
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with printed circuit board design tools (e.g., Altium or Allegro)
  • Experience in analog/mixed-signal/RF system design
  • Experience with RF test, including calibration
  • Experience leading development projects, including system deployments
  • Experience with microwave design tools, including electromagnetic simulation
