Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Google Public Sector Customers

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals
  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholder's needs into program goals
  • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute or manage project plans for supported programs
  • Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations
  • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact
  • Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Google Public Sector Customers

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role
  • Experience in working with matrixed organizations
  • Experience in working with the Public Sector with National, Regional or Local agencies
  • Experience in driving projects in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of program management approaches and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills
