Description For Technical Solutions Consultant, Customer Experience

Google is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for their Customer Experience team in Hyderabad, India. This role is part of gTech Ads Sellside, a solution-generating base that supports sales teams and publishers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in system design or programming, and strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Key responsibilities include analyzing complex technical problems, optimizing workflows, collaborating with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve Google tools and products, and managing stakeholder expectations. The role requires expertise in programming languages like Java or Python, knowledge of SQL/MySQL and Linux systems, and the ability to write complex code to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.

Responsibilities For Technical Solutions Consultant, Customer Experience

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and tools access
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products
  • Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions

Requirements For Technical Solutions Consultant, Customer Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in either system design or in one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers
  • Knowledge of SQL/MySQL, and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups
  • Ability to travel to meet with specific partner and client stakeholders
  • Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
