As a UX Design Manager, you'll be responsible for understanding both the execution of UX and the business aspects of Google's products. You'll collaborate with leaders across UX, Engineering, and Product Management to create innovative experiences, with a focus on brand, craft, and design quality. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop team members, along with the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders.
The role offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $168,000-$252,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in product design or UX, with 3 years of leadership experience.
