Software Engineer, Forward Deployed

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Greenlite, you'll be the critical link between our customers and our product, driving real-world impact through our AI solutions. You'll work closely with financial institutions to understand their compliance challenges and implement AI-powered solutions.

Your role will involve three key areas:

1. Customer Challenge Resolution: You'll dive deep into customer needs, identify core problems, and design AI agent implementations that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
2. Technical Implementation: You'll handle the deployment and integration of Greenlite's AI agents within customer environments, ensuring seamless system alignment and maximum platform value.
3. Product-Market Bridge: You'll work with product engineering teams to incorporate customer insights into the roadmap and drive solution adoption.
