Software Engineer, Forward Deployed

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Greenlite, you'll be the critical link between our customers and our product, driving real-world impact through our AI solutions. You'll work closely with financial institutions to understand their compliance challenges and implement AI-driven solutions.

The role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities. You'll be responsible for implementing, configuring, and building strategic integrations within customer environments, while also serving as a trusted advisor who understands the underlying compliance challenges financial institutions face.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding customer needs deeply and designing AI agent implementations
• Deploying and integrating Greenlite's AI agents for maximum impact
• Building strategic integrations within customer environments
• Partnering with product engineering teams to influence the roadmap
• Translating business needs into technical solutions

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong product thinking, exceptional customer empathy, and experience with complex enterprise systems and APIs. You should be able to explain complex technical concepts to business users while maintaining technical excellence.

You'll join a team of exceptional builders from companies like Palantir, SpaceX, Stripe, Airbnb, Meta, Uber, and Databricks.
