You'll work in a collaborative environment at our San Francisco office, alongside exceptional builders from companies like Palantir, SpaceX, Stripe, Airbnb, Meta, Uber, and Databricks. The company serves major clients including Ramp, Mercury, and other U.S. financial institutions, helping them maintain financial system integrity while scaling operations.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing agentic workflows, optimizing prompt engineering, developing RAG systems, creating robust evaluation frameworks, and translating cutting-edge research into production systems. You'll work closely with product, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver AI features that solve real customer problems.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of software engineering experience (2+ years in AI/ML), proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, hands-on experience with LLMs, and knowledge of RAG and vector search systems. Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to work independently are essential.
