Founding AI Engineer

As the Founding AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing key applications within Gyde's platform. The position involves leading the development of AI-driven applications encompassing voice, chat, personalization, and real-time analytics to drive growth and automation across acquired agencies. You'll work directly with the COO on AI-driven workflows and collaborate with the Product team on roadmap prioritization.

The role requires a strong background in engineering leadership and AI/ML product development, with 3+ years of engineering leadership experience and 1+ years building AI/ML products at scale. You'll be responsible for developing applications using LLMs, implementing HIPAA-compliant solutions, and integrating with third-party systems like AgencyBloc, Sunfire, and HealthSherpa.

The ideal candidate brings strong product sense, passion for AI innovation, and high degree of ownership. While experience in health insurance distribution and HIPAA compliance is preferred, it's not mandatory.
