The Implementation Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction through the successful deployment of Intapp solutions. This position combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both strong engineering skills and excellent communication abilities. The role involves complex project management, system integrations, and technical leadership.
Working remotely from the US, UK, Australia, or Canada, you'll be responsible for end-to-end implementation of software solutions, from project scoping to deployment and support. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in legal services software implementation, strong SQL expertise, and experience with modern cloud technologies and integration patterns.

Responsibilities For Implementation Engineer
- Assess client needs and implement legal systems and enterprise solutions
- Provide leadership to team members
- Act as escalation point for complex situations
- Perform system upgrades and cloud migrations
- Write SQL reports and implement cloud-based reporting solutions
- Own end-to-end implementation of software products and services
- Manage client communications and expectations
- Develop and implement integrations with various systems
- Maintain 80-90% time on client-billable projects
- Provide design and architecture expertise for client integrations
Requirements For Implementation Engineer
- Four-year degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years experience in customer-facing software implementation in legal services
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
- Expert proficiency in SQL scripting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing
- Knowledge of XML, REST APIs, IIS, SSL
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and related tools
