Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, Engineering Excellence

Highspot, a pioneering company in the sales enablement software space, is seeking a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead their Engineering Excellence initiatives. The role focuses on enabling product teams through well-designed, scalable, and secure platform capabilities. You'll be responsible for abstracting away cloud complexity, improving developer workflows, and driving the adoption of modern infrastructure practices. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with public clouds (AWS and/or Azure), expert-level Kubernetes knowledge, and a strong understanding of building self-service infrastructure.

As a Principal Engineer, you'll lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps patterns, collaborate with various stakeholders, and drive standardization across cloud environments. You'll also serve as a technical mentor and thought leader, guiding teams on infrastructure architecture and best practices.

The position requires 15+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years focused on platform engineering at scale.
