Responsibilities For Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Trust & Safety
- Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models for bad actor identification and content moderation
- Design and implement scalable systems using Spark, Kubernetes for data preprocessing and inference
- Define standardized performance metrics and testing protocols
- Ensure ongoing assessment and refinement of AI solutions
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers
- Stay current with new trends in AI/ML for Trust & Safety initiatives
Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Trust & Safety
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C++ and SQL
- Proficiency in at least one ML stack (e.g., PyTorch)
- Deep understanding of machine learning and AI technologies
- Experience with large scale ML model training and deployment
- Cloud platform proficiency (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- 4+ years of experience as an MLE or data scientist
- 2+ years of experience in applying end-to-end machine learning models
- 1+ years of experience integrating LLMs
- 1+ years of experience with ML infrastructure
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
