Senior Agentic AI Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our mission of reimagining global staffing through innovative AI solutions. This role is perfect for someone who can transform labor-intensive growth activities into seamless, automated AI agent workflows. You'll be working on cutting-edge AI systems, implementing autonomous agents that handle everything from job posting creation to prospect list compilation and outreach.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLM systems and agent frameworks, with a proven track record of shipping production AI systems. You'll be responsible for architecting and implementing sophisticated AI workflows using tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI, while integrating with our existing SaaS stack including Workable, Clay, Apollo, and Zoho CRM.

Within your first 60 days, you'll be expected to launch our v1 lead-generation agent and deliver a proof-of-concept system that can transcribe client meetings, generate personalized job postings, and handle automated publishing. This is a remote position offering competitive compensation based on your region, ranging from $3,500 to $9,000 per month.
