Hitachi Rail is seeking a Network and Cybersecurity Engineer to join their Technical Department in Copenhagen for the F-Bane Project, a major railway signaling modernization initiative in Denmark. This role is part of a significant project transitioning approximately 1,200 km of Denmark's railway network to the European standard ETCS Level 2 System.
The position involves supporting the design, configuration, and integration of Hitachi's Train Management System (TMS) infrastructure for the ERTMS L2 signalling system. You'll work closely with international teams in Germany, local engineers, and Banedanmark to implement secure and reliable IT network solutions. The role requires expertise in network security, ISO standards compliance, and infrastructure management.
