Description For QA Engineer (Talent Squad)

Humanforce is seeking a passionate QA Engineer to join their Talent Squad. As a market leader in human capital management solutions for frontline and flexible workforces, we serve over 2300 customers across 30+ countries. The ideal candidate will be a quality advocate focused on risk mitigation, test plan development, and test automation.

In this role, you'll work closely with product management and software engineers to ensure the successful delivery of stable enterprise software products. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive testing plans, conducting manual and automated testing, and contributing to the overall QA strategy. Key responsibilities include creating automation scripts using Playwright, maintaining regression test suites, and performing code reviews.

  • Collaborate with product management and software engineers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive testing plans
  • Conduct manual functional, exploratory, and regression tests
  • Create and maintain test automation scripts using Playwright
  • Provide guidance to junior QA Engineers
  • Identify areas for improvement in QA processes
  • Create comprehensive regression test suite
  • Perform code reviews for test automation work
  • Monitor and address regression test failures
  • Coordinate cross-team regression testing

TypeScript
  • Experience in web application testing (manual and automated)
  • Experience in API testing and data integrity verification
  • Backend testing experience with web-applications, API, database, and logs
  • Experience with cloud and distributed applications
  • Experience working in Agile environment with SCRUM methodologies
  • Expertise in writing automated tests using TypeScript (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
