Founding Full-Stack/Product Engineer in SF

Hyperbound is seeking a talented and motivated founding full-stack/product engineer to join their team in San Francisco. The company is creating innovative sales performance technology that helps sales organizations observe and replicate top performer behaviors.

Having recently closed $1M in new ARR, Hyperbound is poised for significant growth, planning to expand from 15 to 30+ team members by year-end. This role offers substantial ownership over architecture, performance, and product direction, making it ideal for someone seeking rapid career advancement.

The position involves working directly with founders and shipping products to enterprise customers like LinkedIn, Monday.com, Autodesk, Vanta, Tipalti, and G2. The engineering team includes experienced professionals from YC companies, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute immediately.

Key technical responsibilities include:

• Building full-stack applications using Next.js/React, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript
• Creating responsive features with Next.js/React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
• Integrating Python FastAPI server with ML workflows
• Managing AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensuring application performance and scalability
• Collaborating on code reviews and feature planning
• Gathering user feedback and implementing improvements
• Documenting code and systems

The ideal candidate should:

• Be able to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days/week
• Have strong TypeScript/JavaScript full-stack experience
• Possess Python knowledge for ML-related tasks
• Be proficient with AWS services
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in AI, SaaS, or sales-related products is advantageous
