Hypernova Labs is seeking a Native Android Developer to enhance and develop the "Collect" app using Kotlin. The role involves improving UI/UX, implementing offline capabilities, integrating mapping features with Mapbox API, and building functionality for capturing various data types. Key responsibilities include:

• Enhancing the "Collect" app using Kotlin, focusing on UI/UX improvements
• Implementing robust offline capabilities and efficient data syncing mechanisms
• Integrating mapping features using Mapbox API
• Building functionality for capturing photos, videos, walking paths, pins, tasks, and tree measurements
• Collaborating with in-house designers for UI/UX enhancements
• Fixing bugs and optimizing app performance for remote and low-connectivity environments
• Integrating the app with backend APIs and services

The ideal candidate should be able to deliver a functional, user-friendly app within a 2-3 month timeframe, have fluent written and spoken English (B2 level or higher), and effectively implement offline capabilities and data syncing. The project uses Kotlin for Android development, Mapbox API for mapping features, SQLite or Room for local data storage, and RESTful APIs for backend communication.
