Intermediate Mendix Developer

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an Intermediate Mendix Developer to join their dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work with a global financial institution that serves 38 million customers across 40 countries. As an Intermediate Mendix Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Mendix applications in a large international team.

The position requires at least 2 years of experience with the Mendix platform in an enterprise environment, along with intermediate JavaScript and TypeScript skills. You'll work in an Agile environment using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, where innovation and creativity are highly valued.

The role is part of ING's modern organizational structure based on small, autonomous units called squads. These squads have clear product visions and independently tackle challenges while developing flexible and effective operational approaches. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or related field, strong communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
