Description For Process/Production Engineer Intern - Summer 2025

Innophos offers an exciting internship opportunity for Process/Production Engineer interns to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. As an intern, you'll contribute to various stages of the production process, working on real-world projects focused on process troubleshooting, optimization, root cause analysis, and safety improvements. The position is based in Chicago Heights, IL, and runs for 8-12 weeks during Summer 2025.

The role provides extensive exposure to process chemistry, operational safety, and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting. You'll develop crucial project management skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
