Staff Data Engineer

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Engineer for their analytics team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in writing production-ready and optimized code, with strong Python and SQL skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building new solutions while maintaining existing production code
• Identifying opportunities for code enhancements and optimizations
• Writing well-documented, maintainable Python/SQL code
• Collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to understand pain points and build large-scale solutions
• Developing tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate and automate the development cycle

The role requires strong data modeling skills, ETL knowledge, and experience in data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with cloud concepts is essential for setting up end-to-end processes. The candidate should also be able to mentor junior team members and possess strong communication skills.
