Android Engineer 2

As an Android Engineer 2 in the Intuit Mailchimp organization, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Mailchimp's mobile applications. The position focuses on creating exceptional mobile experiences while working with a diverse team of designers, product managers, and engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing mobile apps with outstanding user experiences
• Translating design requirements into Android code
• Collaborating on feature ideation and implementation
• Ensuring high performance through testing and reviews
• Working with server-side dependencies and APIs

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years mobile development experience with Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM)
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with web services (REST, GraphQL, Protobuf)
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise in Material Design
• Unit testing and TDD experience
