Description For Staff Lean Business Partner

Intuit is seeking a Staff Lean Business Partner to join their LEAN Transformation and Continuous Improvement team. This role will be responsible for implementing process re-engineering and optimization initiatives using LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize, create, and execute LEAN methodology, change management, and optimization initiatives across Intuit Sales & Partner Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Gembas and implementing standards workshops
  • Coaching teams to increase Lean maturity
  • Facilitating Value Stream Mapping workshops
  • Delivering complex re-engineering and optimization projects
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement Transformation Community & Culture development
  • Implementing Change Management related to LEAN implementations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Management, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience driving large, cross-functional LEAN initiatives
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and handle challenges in a dynamic setting
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in the office 2-3 days per week

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $150,000 - $202,500 for this position in Southern California, along with bonus potential, equity rewards, and comprehensive benefits.
