Description For Staff Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities For Staff Technical Program Manager

  • Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute AI-enabled virtual expert platform capabilities
  • Drive multi-year multi-phase program roadmaps
  • Develop program charters aligning with business objectives
  • Develop & deliver program plans for all phases of implementation
  • Establish program operating rhythms and lead cross-functional meetings
  • Communicate progress and status across organizational boundaries
  • Manage and track program execution ensuring successful delivery
  • Partner with product management and development leadership
  • Validate financial forecasts and reconcile program expenditures
  • Define and implement organization-wide processes

Requirements For Staff Technical Program Manager

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience leading multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead integrated teams across multiple organizations
  • Proven experience driving platform initiatives
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent experience desired
  • Experience in product development, customer success, and virtual expert platforms (preferred)
