Site Reliability Engineer

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their Consumer & Community Banking division in Plano, TX. This role combines traditional SRE principles with modern tooling to ensure the reliability and stability of critical financial applications.

As an SRE, you'll lead initiatives to improve application and platform reliability using data-driven analytics. You'll work with cutting-edge observability tools like Grafana and Dynatrace to implement comprehensive monitoring solutions. The role requires expertise in establishing and maintaining service level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs), while collaborating with stakeholders to define appropriate error budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in SRE or similar roles, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and modern CI/CD practices. You'll need proficiency in languages like Python or Java, and extensive experience with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and various monitoring solutions.
