Description For CCB Risk- Risk Architecture ASSOC

As part of Risk Management and Compliance at JPMorgan Chase, you'll be at the center of keeping the firm strong and resilient. This role within Consumer & Community Banking focuses on supporting data analytics and reporting for Risk Decision Engines and Third party services.

The position requires both technical expertise and analytical skills, combining data engineering with business insight. You'll be responsible for understanding systems, data and business requirements while building data quality and lineage controls. Key aspects include monitoring data accuracy, supporting post-implementation validations, and conducting root cause analysis when issues arise.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative and leadership, while being comfortable working both independently and in team settings. The role demands excellent analytical capabilities alongside strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Our Risk Management team helps the firm understand, manage and anticipate risks in a dynamic environment. The work spans evaluating country-specific risk, understanding regulatory changes and determining credit worthiness. Working in Consumer & Community Banking division, you'll be part of a team serving Chase customers through various financial services including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, and small business loans.

  • Provide execution support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs
  • Work with Business/Stakeholders to gather requirements and define Data Quality rules
  • Build Data/Detective Controls and data monitoring Reports
  • Analyze and validate trends, data lineage and statistical data quality
  • Lead root cause/Outlier analysis
  • Process Automation and reporting efficiency improvements
  • Data visualization and report enhancements using tools like Tableau
  • Maintain documentation for processes and flows

Requirements For CCB Risk- Risk Architecture ASSOC

Python
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 8-10 years of experience in data analytics & Reporting
  • Experience in managing teams and leading complex projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Strong database knowledge and analytical skills
  • Experience with Unix and tools like SAS, SQL, Python, PySpark
  • Working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
