Infrastructure Engineer III - M365

As an Infrastructure Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Technology Infrastructure team, you will have the opportunity to lead the development, automation, and operational stability of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our collaboration platforms are robust, secure, and continuously improving, enhancing employee productivity and reducing operational risk.

The role involves engineering and maintaining resiliency capabilities for Microsoft 365 services with a focus on automation and operational excellence. You'll be developing PowerShell scripts and automation tools while designing integrations using Microsoft Graph API and modern development frameworks. Key responsibilities include configuring Entra ID, implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
