Responsibilities For Software Engineer II- Applications Support

  • Participate in triaging, examining, diagnosing, and resolving incidents
  • Participate in weekend support rota for business coverage
  • Monitor production environments for anomalies using observability tools
  • Identify issues for escalation and provide solutions
  • Participate in root cause analysis calls
  • Work towards eliminating manual activities through system engineering or code updates

Requirements For Software Engineer II- Applications Support

Python
  • 2+ years applied experience in Software Engineering
  • Experience in observability and monitoring tools
  • Experience with Python or C# and automation scripting (PowerShell)
  • Familiar with Splunk, ServiceNow, Dynatrace
  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, Terraform
  • Hands-on experience in system design and application development
  • Knowledge of software applications and technical processes
