Job Description

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to join their Infrastructure Platforms Team, focusing on Control Domain & Framework architecture. This is a strategic role where you'll provide specialized expertise to influence target state architecture and strategy across the organization.

As a Senior Principal Architect, you'll work across teams to implement and advance the adoption of complex strategic global solutions that give JPMorganChase a competitive advantage. You'll be responsible for translating highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership to drive innovation and enable informed decision-making about target state architecture.

The role is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure group, a team of innovators who are passionate about technology. You'll work in a stable, resilient, and secure operating environment, contributing to the development of high-quality products and solutions using a disciplined, innovative, and business-focused approach.

This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $232,750 to $325,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health care coverage, on-site health centers, retirement savings, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, and mental health support.

The role is classified as a High Risk Role (HRR) within the technology organization, requiring enhanced pre-hire screening including criminal and credit background checks due to the sensitive nature of the cybersecurity and technology functions performed.

  • 10+ years applied experience in Control Domain & Control Architecture
  • Extensive experience in large, complex regulated environments
  • Deep Infrastructure knowledge and software frameworks expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of building complex control frameworks
  • Practical experience in system design and application development
  • Expertise in programming languages and architecture disciplines
  • Experience influencing across functions and teams
  • Extensive practical cloud native experience
