Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in personal care and household products with iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, and Kotex®, is seeking a Sr EtQ & TraceGains Developer to join their Digital Technology Services team. This role combines software development with quality management systems expertise, focusing on maintaining and enhancing their EtQ Reliance and TraceGains platforms. The role involves developing and supporting critical quality management applications, working with various programming languages including Python and SQL, and ensuring smooth integration between systems. Responsibilities For Sr EtQ & TraceGains Developer

  • Support configuration, basic custom development, and deployment for EtQ Reliance modules
  • Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
  • Maintain and support TraceGains, including managing material characteristics
  • Reconcile errors and resolve exceptions in Certificate of Analysis (COA) processing
  • Add, update, and support TraceGains APIs with other applications
  • Respond to user support requests and incidents
  • Use SQL/database skills to diagnose and resolve system issues
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and system validation
  • Collaborate within cross-functional, virtual, and blended technical teams

Requirements For Sr EtQ & TraceGains Developer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in IT application support or software development
  • Working knowledge of relational database platforms and programming languages
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with EtQ Reliance and/or TraceGains preferred
  • Familiarity with quality/regulatory business processes
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
