Responsibilities For Sr EtQ & TraceGains Developer

  • Support configuration, basic custom development, and deployment for EtQ Reliance modules
  • Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions
  • Maintain and support TraceGains, including managing material characteristics
  • Reconcile errors and resolve exceptions in Certificate of Analysis (COA) processing
  • Add, update, and support TraceGains APIs with other applications
  • Respond to user support requests and incidents
  • Use SQL/database skills to diagnose and resolve system issues
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and system validation
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams

Requirements For Sr EtQ & TraceGains Developer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in IT application support or software development
  • Working knowledge of relational database platforms like Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (SQL, Python, HTML)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with EtQ Reliance and/or TraceGains preferred
  • Familiarity with quality/regulatory business processes
