As an Applied Research Scientist/Engineer specializing in LLM Game Agents, you'll join a dynamic team working on implementing large language models and specialized language models in gaming environments. The role combines theoretical research with practical application, requiring expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and real-time systems optimization.

The position offers unique challenges in developing AI agents that can provide immersive gaming experiences while handling real-time interactions and large-scale concurrent users. Responsibilities For [Deep Learning Div.] Applied Research Scientist/Engineer - LLM Game Agent

  • Research and develop LLM and sLM-based game agents that can act autonomously and collaborate with users through in-game interactions
  • Create immersive gaming experiences where AI agents interact naturally with players in real-time
  • Lead the entire process from optimized model design to deployment
  • Explore cutting-edge research in LLM, sLM, RL, and Human-AI Interaction to create innovative gameplay experiences
  • Research and develop optimization methods for LLM and sLM models considering real-time interaction and large-scale concurrent users
  • Collaborate with game engineers and designers to apply research outcomes to actual game projects
  • Build feedback loops through user data and game log analysis to continuously improve model performance and player experience

Requirements For [Deep Learning Div.] Applied Research Scientist/Engineer - LLM Game Agent

Python
  • Master's degree or current Ph.D. candidate in AI, Computer Science, or related technical fields
  • Experience with LLM, sLM, and RL projects
  • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
