Founding AI Engineer - Lantern

Lantern is revolutionizing the $8T wholesale distribution market with an AI-native purchasing copilot. As the Founding AI Engineer, you'll be the fifth team member, working directly with founders to transform how distributors make purchasing decisions. The role combines end-to-end ML ownership with the opportunity to shape product and company direction. You'll build and deploy ML models, design data pipelines, and implement MLOps at scale. The founding team brings experience from Google, McKinsey, Stripe, and Walmart's Applied AI Group, with backing from top-tier VCs.
