Responsibilities For Senior Site Reliability Engineer - BI
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust BI infrastructure that supports scalable and reliable data analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow in BI processes
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively manage the health and performance of BI systems
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI project deployments
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the BI ecosystem
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance practices for all BI data and infrastructure
- Contribute to growth and maturity of BI capabilities through mentoring
- Work cross-functionally to introduce BI best practices
Requirements For Senior Site Reliability Engineer - BI
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineer or similar role
- Strong experience with BI tools and platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Proficient in cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiar with data pipeline and ETL concepts
- Solid experience in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform)
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis on root cause analysis
