Senior Back End Engineer - Platform

LeoTech is seeking a Senior Back End Engineer to join their Platform team, focusing on building critical software solutions for the Public Safety sector. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing systems that combat criminal enterprises, drug trafficking, financial fraud, and human trafficking. The position requires 6+ years of backend experience and expertise in distributed systems, serverless architecture, and various programming languages including Elixir, Java, and Go.

The role involves architecting and maintaining mission-critical backend services, working with cutting-edge technologies in AWS cloud environment, and solving complex challenges in search, data-mining, and multi-tenancy. The tech stack includes Elixir, NodeJS, Python for backend, and TypeScript with React for frontend, along with modern DevOps tools and practices.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have experience with PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and streaming technologies.
