Senior Android Engineer

Lime, the world's largest shared electric vehicle company, is seeking an experienced Senior Android Engineer to join their team. As a key member, you'll design and build core technology powering their fleet of connected vehicles. You'll work on backend systems processing high volumes of requests from IoT devices and consumer apps, and improve operational tools for vehicle maintenance. This role offers the chance to work with talented engineers, data scientists, designers, and PMs passionate about innovative urban transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve strategic technical problems, including architecting scalable platforms and leading new product initiatives
• Make and justify technology and architecture decisions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams
• Mentor other engineers and develop future leaders
• Advise leadership on technology adoption and process improvements
• Shape the company's engineering culture

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong background and proven leadership in mobile development
• Dynamic, driven, and hands-on, with multitasking abilities
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and services
• iOS development experience is a bonus
• Passion for Lime's mission and micro mobility
