LiveRamp, a leading data collaboration platform, is seeking a Senior Analytics & Insights Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. This role combines technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning with business acumen to deliver scalable analytics solutions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Tableau while supporting critical business functions across Sales, Finance, and GTM teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or similar roles, with strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools. You'll be responsible for developing intuitive dashboards, implementing ML models, and ensuring data quality and governance standards. The role requires both technical depth and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities For Analytics and Insights Engineer

  • Collaborate with data engineering to define and refine scalable data models and semantic layers
  • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards in Tableau
  • Develop and deploy ML models using AutoML and BigQuery ML
  • Translate business requirements into analytics products
  • Design user-friendly, AI-powered self-service tools
  • Ensure governance, data quality, and documentation standards
  • Lead complex cross-functional analytics projects
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements For Analytics and Insights Engineer

Python
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tool
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets in BigQuery
  • Experience with dbt or other data modeling frameworks
  • Experience using Vertex AI AutoML, BigQuery ML, or other ML tools
  • Understanding of key metrics and workflows in Sales, Finance, or GTM functions
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field
  • Familiarity with data governance principles
