Responsibilities For SVP, Enterprise Developer Experience and API Modernization
- Lead Developer Experience spanning DevSecOps, Release Engineering, and tooling
- Lead API Modernization development spanning API Management stack
- Lead shared library and SDK development
- Drive adoption of capabilities and ensure legacy stacks retirement
- Champion AI-enabled platforms and Cloud-first, API-first architecture
- Develop strategy, roadmaps, and metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams
- Responsible for financial planning and staffing decisions
- Promote vision and drive organizational transformation
- Collaborate across firm to maintain alignment on vision and strategy
Requirements For SVP, Enterprise Developer Experience and API Modernization
- 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
- 7+ years of developing and leading high-performing teams
