Operational Performance Engineer

LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is seeking an Operational Performance Engineer to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This role is crucial for extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data related to Colleague Services operations. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying important service metrics and providing insights through Power-BI dashboards to improve service performance.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in data extraction and analysis, with strong proficiency in Power-BI, SQL, and other reporting tools. You'll work closely with ServiceNow and Cisco technical teams to develop and modify definitions, create dashboards, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of key service metrics.
