Your responsibilities will span from deploying and managing RMM platforms to implementing security solutions and creating automated reporting systems. You'll work with various tools including N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. The role requires strong technical skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with RMM tools, deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, and strong understanding of network infrastructure management. Responsibilities For Senior Technical Engineering Lead – Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity & RMM Platforms
- Lead engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security domains
- Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya
- Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with AWS and Google Cloud exposure
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure
- Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR security solutions
- Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation
- Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated via Python scripts
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services
Requirements For Senior Technical Engineering Lead – Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity & RMM Platforms
- Extensive hands-on experience with RMM tools (N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya)
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure; working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure management
- Experience with EDR/MDR/XDR security platforms
- Familiarity with PSA tools – especially Autotask and Datto
- Strong skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and automation
- Ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-client MSP environment
- Professional certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, cybersecurity-related certs) preferred
- Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting preferred
