Responsibilities For Senior Technical Engineering Lead – Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity & RMM Platforms

  • Lead engineering initiatives across DevOps, cloud, and security domains
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize RMM platforms such as N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya
  • Build and maintain cloud environments—Azure is essential, with AWS and Google Cloud exposure
  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure
  • Implement and support EDR, MDR, and XDR security solutions
  • Utilize PSA tools like Autotask and Datto for service delivery and automation
  • Create reports and dashboards using PowerBI, with data sourced from SQL and automated via Python scripts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of IT services
