Master-Works is seeking a Senior PreSales Cloud Engineer to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs. This role combines deep technical expertise in multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) with customer-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will design and present innovative cloud solutions, covering everything from IaaS and PaaS to AI/ML and DevOps. They will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create comprehensive technical proposals, and ensure solutions align with industry best practices. This position requires strong technical knowledge in cloud computing, security, and modern development practices, combined with excellent communication skills to effectively present to both technical teams and C-level executives. Responsibilities For PreSales Cloud Engineer
- Act as primary technical point of contact for clients during sales cycle
- Conduct discovery sessions and technical deep-dives
- Design cloud architectures across GCP, Azure, and AWS
- Craft technical proposals and Statements of Work
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
- Champion cloud best practices
- Advise on cloud governance and migration strategies
- Contribute to service offerings and thought leadership
Requirements For PreSales Cloud Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in cloud architecture
- 2+ years in presales or customer-facing technical role
- Deep experience with at least two major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional-level cloud certifications preferred
- Experience with containerization technologies
