As a member of the FPGA team, you'll collaborate with traders and technologists to identify and exploit opportunities for gaining competitive advantages through FPGA systems. Your work will focus on reducing latencies, increasing throughput, and improving robustness to enhance existing strategies and unlock new trading possibilities.

The role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to take on leadership positions in greenfield projects. While financial experience is beneficial, Maven values engineering talents, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to tackle new challenges above all.

Key skills required include:

  • SystemVerilog
  • Source control management
  • 5+ years of FPGA experience
  • Automated verification
  • HLS or other DSP flow experience for FPGA
  • Ability to tackle new and unfamiliar problems
  • Interest in trading

Additional desirable skills include Python, TCL, low latency design, ASIC experience, network and packet processing knowledge, familiarity with financial market data and trading systems, and software development skills.
