MTA - Sr. IAM Engineer

McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare company, is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join their team in Cork, Ireland. This is a hybrid role that offers a competitive salary range of €70,500 - €117,500 plus comprehensive benefits.

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support and implementation of hybrid on-premises and cloud Active Directory environments and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID tenants. You'll work closely with business and technical partners to integrate systems with centralized authentication solutions, ensuring robust security and operational stability.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Okta AD synchronization. You'll be responsible for driving disaster recovery drills, implementing security improvements, and maintaining system documentation. The position involves working with global cross-functional teams and responding to high-severity incidents.

Key responsibilities include analyzing authentication services platforms, implementing automation, researching new IAM technologies, and providing on-call support. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, advanced PowerShell scripting abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and IAM permissions.
