Responsibilities For Hearing DSP Engineer

  • Develop hearing enhancement algorithms from concept to product in Matlab, Python, and C/C++
  • Develop hearing enhancement algorithms that meet system-level constraints for wearable audio devices with microphones and speakers
  • Strong collaboration with the interdisciplinary audio team, to deploy new technologies in AR/VR products

Requirements For Hearing DSP Engineer

Python
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in hearing enhancement signal processing and auditory perception
  • Understanding of how end-to-end audio systems work including transducers, audio ICs, acoustics, embedded DSPs, etc.
  • 6+ years experience creating efficient real-time audio algorithms
