Project Manager, Problem Integrity Operations

Meta is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Project Manager in Problem Integrity Operations. This position aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for people building community on Meta platforms by understanding global and local trends and addressing negative experiences. The role involves delivering projects with quantitative analysis and strategy development, managing day-to-day operations, analyzing data to identify trends, solving complex business problems, building cross-functional partnerships, and developing scalable policies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content integrity issues and lead investigations regarding potentially problematic content and enforcements. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, collaborating with teams across Engineering, Policy, and other Meta departments to drive operational projects on the Fact Check Operations team.
