Meta is seeking a strategic and results-driven Commerce Partner Manager in our global Monetization Partnerships organization. The mission of Monetization Partnerships is to be the engine for business growth and innovation through partnerships. This role will work with some of the most influential and exciting Commerce partners across APAC, drive business growth and innovation for clients and partners both in APAC and globally. The ideal candidate is an experienced business development and partnerships professional who is a self-starter and passionate about partners, products and people.
Responsibilities:
- Act as CEO of the partnership - Unlock revenue and value through a deep understanding of partner's business models, positioning and risks.
- Be the strategic advisor to the partner's business growth to accelerate long term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner.
- Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the commerce ecosystem.
- Work with partners across the APAC region including Japan, Korea & GCR, through different stages of the partnership life cycle.
- Provide thought leadership on the direction of advertising and commerce.
- Map the commerce ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts.
- Become a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives.
- Drive product adoption and growth and provide on-going education about Meta marketing products.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in partnerships, product or go to market roles.
- Understanding of technology, Meta products, commerce, and the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience in analyzing data and making decisions based on findings.
- Experience in gathering requirements and developing large scale solutions.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate autonomously with leadership, organizational and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across multiple time zones.
- Experience driving growth through technology and product integrations is a plus.
- Experience or understanding of Digital Advertising, Ad tech, Commerce Platforms/Marketplaces industries.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Asian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
