Responsibilities For DRAM Product Engineer - Module/ATE DFT

  • Work with Test Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Design Engineering to provide test guidance
  • Provide ideas for new DFT and Architectures to support enhanced test capability
  • Debug and identify root causes for failures using data, electrical, and physical analysis techniques
  • Facilitate test time improvements through flow and pattern optimization
  • Develop flows to test Micron DRAM's compatibility on modules
  • Act as an SME within product engineering for module operation issues
  • Collaborate with MDG, SCG, DFT, and TSE groups for root cause analysis

Requirements For DRAM Product Engineer - Module/ATE DFT

  • BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Understanding of DRAM operation and signal integrity concepts
  • Experience with coding/programming (Perl, Unix, Batch, Python, C/C++)
  • Experience with data mining and statistics
  • Strong technical foresight
  • Hardware and ATE technical competence
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good leadership skills
