Responsibilities For ENGINEER, TEST SOLUTIONS ENGINEERING
- Develop, debug, and maintain code for parallel testing of advanced memory devices
- Develop new tests and test algorithms for HBM
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) and manage pre/post silicon tasks
- Develop test Automation solutions for electrical validation
- Debug and identify root causes on test issues
- Provide statistical data analysis and analytics
- Evaluate and verify yields/quality with global teams
- Support internal and external groups on experiments
- Drive Innovation and Improvement to reduce Cost of Test
Requirements For ENGINEER, TEST SOLUTIONS ENGINEERING
- Bachelor or Master's in Electrical & Electronics/Chemical/Mechanical/Materials Science Engineering/Chemistry or Engineering Equivalent degrees
- Strong aptitude for development and ability to create production-worthy technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Familiar with C/C++, and python for APG programing
- Familiar working on Unix/Linux terminal
- Experience with programming logic and problem solving
