The Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Operating Unit is a newly formed team with a bold mission to consolidate, simplify, and accelerate Microsoft's presence across the DIB landscape, serving over 100,000 organizations in manufacturing, aviation, cybersecurity, and more.

As an AI Business Process Solution Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in helping enterprise AI developers maximize Microsoft's AI-powered stack throughout the development lifecycle. You'll work closely with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI through hands-on engagements like Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops.

Your responsibilities include driving technical sales with decision-makers, leading hands-on engagements, building trusted relationships with developers, resolving technical blockers, and maintaining deep expertise in Microsoft's business solutions. You'll focus on customer experience, finance/operations, low-code, or supply chain solutions.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $85,100 - $169,800 per year (IC3 level) or $106,400 - $203,600 per year (IC4 level), with higher ranges for San Francisco and New York City locations.
